Highly recommend! Great service overall. The way I was assisted showed that they cared as I was given truly beneficial options. It is kept clean as well.
Husband & Wife, are great! One of them are always there to answer any questions you have! Friendly staff as well. You can find a little bit of everything in their little pharmacy. If they don’t carry something, they are happy to order in for you. Delivery service available also! Very handy when you are recovering at home, and can’t make it in for your medication needs. I highly recommend this pharmacy
Great home town pharmacy that I use and trust for my daily medications. They are nice enough to get different generic companies of medication you take if one works better then the one they carry which happened to me with Clonazepam as I find the generic I've used for over 10 years works a lot better then the generic they had stocked and I appreciate that. You can also get brand name if requested but your insurance may not cover it all especially if a generic is available. Great staff, the pharmacist I speak and deal with most is Ryan and he's a great well manned guy that makes you feel like a valued customer and is a very nice man. And the co owner I believe Karen is her name ( I'm sorry if I messed that up lol ,) she's also very very nice and welcoming. The dispensing fee isn't the cheapest nor the highest amount I've paid . It's a fair number and I live in a small town so I have no issues finding it, it's in the plaza beside Timmys so you can't miss it. Great pharmacy!!
Pharmacists are very helpful with answering any questions I have. They don’t give you the run around. They even bring my father out a chair for when he goes in on his own to get his meds….. 5 star all the way!! I appreciate everything you do for my pops
The pharmacists are always extremely knowledgeable and supportive. They even helped to guide us over the phone on what to do after our child accidentally injected himself with his EpiPen. The pharmacy as a whole and most of the staff is a 5 star, with the exception of Lisa (front counter staff). She is never friendly, both in person and on the phone. I dread anytime I have to call about a prescription, knowing that I will be inconveniencing her and disrupting her entire day.
As I get older I need more medication and with a home in Toronto and up here, I find that I much prefer to have my medications dispensed by the team at Pharmasave in Elmvale than any of the pharmacies near my city residence. I get answers quickly (in person or when calling in) and I feel like the team there knows who I am, and cares. Their services very much remind me of the small town community 50+ years ago, with proprietors who actually value their customers. Keep it up!
Incredibly personal service, the pharmacist Ryan always makes you feel like he knows you and cares! I was getting some medicine for my dying dog (way cheaper than at vet) He always asked how Damian was, and when I stopped getting the script, took the time to say he was sorry. The lady that usually works front counter Sue is so sweet, helpful, kind and accommodating. They personify the reason I moved up here, SMALL town culture!
